I feel as though people discover my fics in clumps. I’ve actually had to turn off story and author alerts/favorites because they clutter my inbox (and my phone goes crazy all the freaking time when I have them on).
But I feel as though you have 1) the person who finds one fic AND THEN BINGES ON THE REST. And you know because they review EVERYTHING.
2) I feel as though people come in clumps because they read one fic, and then pass it on to their friends. Then, when I actually check my stats, I’m surprised that six people added to me their alerts. Huh.
These are just some observations.
