As I was studying for my exam in Starbucks today, I suddenly started laughing really hard as I was re-reading some Paradise Lost. For some reason I found a scene hilarious.
Book 4:
*after Satan le creeps on Adam and Eve in Eden*
Gabriel (the warrior angel): “Courageous chief: the first in flight from pain!”
Satan: “Insulting angel.”
Gabriel: “Avaunt! Fly thither whence thou fledst!”
Satan: “Proud limitary cherub!”
Then the angel squadron bright turned fiery red.
